Is Free Online Poker a Myth?
“No way...you cannot play free poker on the internet for real money! You're so full of (bleep)!” Those were the words out of one of my buddy Todd's mouth the other night while we were sitting around his house watching the Super Bowl. You should have seen the shock in his eyes when I grabbed his laptop and logged on to PurePlay – the internet's largest free poker site where members can play online poker for real money. “Dude, there has to be some kind of catch...” Sorry, there isn't. When the UIGEA (Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act) passed, the site really started to take off. Maybe you just weren't paying attention, bro. “Shut up dude...Just tell me what I need to do to start playing.” Haha...Just go to PurePlay and register for a free account. Once you sign up, you download the software and install it – takes just a couple seconds – and then you're ready to sit down at the tables and start playing for real money.
